1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive provision of Security Operations Center (SOC) services, including: - the implementation of an integrated Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform along with Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) and Extended Detection and Response (XDR) as a Unified Security Operations Platform (USOP); - continuous monitoring of the Ordering Party's IT infrastructure on a 24/7/365 basis; - detection, analysis, and response to security incidents; - automation of incident response processes; - proactive actions regarding cybersecurity. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to exercise the Option Right covering the following additional services: - Security testing (penetration) with retesting – a maximum of 3 tests during the contract period; - Simulated phishing campaigns/social engineering tests – a maximum of 3 campaigns during the contract period (1 annually). 3. The detailed description of the order is contained in: 1) the Description of the Subject of the Order, which is Attachment No. 1 to the SWZ, 2) in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which are Attachment No. 11 to the SWZ.
