The provision of laboratory equipment and machinery contributes to the development and modernization of research infrastructure, in order to support scientific and experimental activities carried out within the project "Romanian Hydrogen and New Energy Technologies Hub - Ro-HydroHub".
Response schedule for requests for clarifications: According to art. 160 and art. 161 of Law 98/2016, economic operators have the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the assignment documentation, respecting the deadline set by the contracting authority in the participation notice. Number of days by which economic operators can request clarifications before the deadline for submitting offers: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond to any request for clarification, clearly, completely, and without ambiguities 11 days before the deadline for submitting offers.
