The subject of the contract includes the execution of a task related to the design, purchase, delivery, assembly, installation, and commissioning of:
- 65 sets of photovoltaic installations together with an energy storage system for production and accumulation of excess electrical energy;
- 18 sets of photovoltaic installations together with the installation of an air heat pump for heating and hot water purposes;
- 4 sets of photovoltaic installations together with the installation of a hot water heat pump for production of thermal energy for hot water;
- 6 sets of air heat pumps for heating and hot water production;
- 26 sets of photovoltaic installations for energy production together with an energy storage system for excess electrical energy and an air heat pump for heating and hot water production.
Additionally, the contractor will purchase, implement, and launch one renewable energy monitoring system for the installed devices, allowing for the reading of parameters from the renewable energy installations at designated residents' computers at the Contracting Authority's site. As part of the workstation equipment, the contractor will purchase a laptop or desktop computer with a monitor and software enabling the use of the launched monitoring system. The purchase of antivirus software is not required. The contractor will cover the costs of any potential system subscription during the project's durability period (5 years).
The scope of the contract also includes the preparation of documents and the notification of the network operator about the installation connection, as well as addressing any potential deficiencies or defects.
The order qualified as supplies will be executed in a system corresponding to the 'design and build' method.

The contractor will familiarize themselves with the rules for reporting the installation and commissioning of devices installed under this task with the network operator (TAURON Distribution), particularly regarding current requirements related to certification and safety required for installed devices and the qualifications of individuals directly responsible for the installation of devices.
1) Detailed description of the subject of the contract, description of the Contracting Authority's requirements for the execution and acceptance of the task are determined by:
- Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ)
- Functional and Utility Program – Annex No. 2 to SWZ,
- Model contract – Annex No. 7 to SWZ.
All requirements specified in the documents constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Non-fulfillment of the aforementioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the contract under Article 226(1)(5) of the Public Procurement Law.
