1) The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation with an energy storage system in the "BARKA" John Paul II Welfare Home in Janów Lubelski, in the building of the County Roads Authority in Janów Lubelski, in the "PROMYK" Care and Education Center in Janów Lubelski and in the educational and dormitory building of the Technical Schools Complex in Janów Lubelski, according to the parameters specified in the respective description of the subject of the contract, which constitute Attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e to the SWZ.
2) The scope of the subject of the contract includes the delivery, installation, and commissioning of the photovoltaic system (with power not exceeding 45 kWp for part 1 and not exceeding 50 kWp for parts 2, 3, 4, and 5) and the energy storage system (with a maximum capacity of 45 kWh for part 1 and a maximum capacity of 50 kWh for parts 2, 3, 4, and 5), including:
- a) the delivery of brand-new devices manufactured within the last 24 months preceding the commissioning date, not used before delivery, from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, undamaged and free from third-party rights, as specified in Attachments 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e to the SWZ, including transportation, bringing in, setting up, assembling, connecting at the locations indicated by the Contracting Authority, at the Contractor's expense and risk,
- b) construction of a roof structure for the photovoltaic installation for the complete set of panels (total power 45 kWp for part 1, total power 50 kWp for parts 2, 3, 4, and 5) according to the project documentation and technical specifications,
- c) construction of cable routes resistant to weather conditions,
- d) installation of a photovoltaic system with a power of 45 kWp in the case of part 1, and 50 kWp in the case of parts 2, 3, 4, and 5 (photovoltaic panels, accompanying devices, inverters, cabling, etc.) according to the project documentation and technical specifications,
- e) grounding installation with ground resistance measurements,
- f) installation of a fire switch,
- g) installation of an external energy storage system in accordance with the project documentation and technical specifications.
- h) commissioning and conducting tests and measurements of the installation,
- i) carrying out, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, all necessary formal and legal activities related to the completion of the investment and obtaining the necessary consents, decisions, permits, approvals, including, among others, confirmation of effective connection of the micro-installation to the distribution network, enabling legal use of the subject of the contract.
- j) compiling and presenting to the Contracting Authority, along with the request for acceptance, all necessary documents constituting the as-built, technical, and operational documentation related to the subject of the contract, in particular: installation diagrams, connections, and layout of panels and storage, device lists (panels, inverter, storage, protections), electrical measurement records including, among others, insulation resistance, PE continuity, grounding, protection, and anti-shock tests, catalogs of delivered devices, operation instructions, and health and safety conditions, commissioning protocols, CE compliance declarations for, among others, panels, inverters, and storage, compliance with standards certificates, warranty cards, technical acceptance protocols, contractor's statements of performance in accordance with the project, standards, and fire protection agreement,
- k) delivery with the order of the required instruction for operation in Polish,
- l) quality guarantee granted for the period compliant with § 6 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for installed devices and installation and assembly works, on conditions no worse than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents delivered with the devices being the subject of the contract,
- m) training users indicated by the user on the principles of using the installation.
