1. The subject of the contract is the execution of project documentation and comprehensive execution of the investment task titled "Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the City and Municipality of Włodowice". The contract involves designing and implementing the delivery, installation, and commissioning of installations: photovoltaic - 51 units and energy storage - 51 units.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the SWZ, including the functional and usability program, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
3. Furthermore, the Contractor's obligations related to the execution of the contract are also specified in the planned contractual provisions, which constitute Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.

Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the City and Municipality of Włodowice.
1. The subject of the contract is the execution of project documentation and comprehensive execution of the investment task titled "Construction of Renewable Energy Sources in the City and Municipality of Włodowice". The contract involves designing and implementing the delivery, installation, and commissioning of installations: photovoltaic - 51 units and energy storage - 51 units.
2. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor will carry out the following works:
1) Project works: inventory of the actual technical condition of the facilities and the electrical installations of the facilities regarding the installation of PV systems. The activities will result in Construction Agreements Protocols, which constitute the basis for the preparation of Project Documentation, with the location of photovoltaic modules on the roof, facade, or ground, and with the installation location of the hybrid inverter, energy storage, as well as containing all necessary information regarding the scope of formalities, additional works, possible equipment purchases along with their parameters, necessary for execution by the resident to enable the installation of the photovoltaic installation and its acceptance by the local DSO. The Construction Agreements Protocols must be signed and accepted by the building owner and the Contractor, as well as verified by the Inspector. The protocol will specify an ultimate deadline for adapting the installation or carrying out administrative formalities by the facility owner. The fulfillment of these requirements is a prerequisite for the Contractor to commence the installation works, the preparation of project documentation for individual installations, and its approval by the Ordering Party and the Inspector of Supervision.
2) Installation works: installation of supporting structures for PV modules, installation of PV modules on supporting structures, for the installation of photovoltaic modules on the ground, the Contractor will be responsible for removing the top layer (other than soil), making an excavation, up to 40 meters measured in a straight line from the photovoltaic modules to the building where the connection point to the electrical installation will be located, laying cabling on the DC and AC sides of the installation (in the case of photovoltaic modules located on the ground, the scope of work on the part of the Contractor will cover a maximum of 40 meters of DC cabling (in the excavation) measured in a straight line from the photovoltaic modules to the building where the connection point to the electrical installation will be located), backfilling the excavation, leveling and compacting the land, possible re-planting or laying the top layer (other than soil), modernization of the existing electrical distribution board in terms of equipping it with apparatus necessary for connecting the micro-PV installation, modernization of the existing electrical distribution board according to technical regulations on the part of the User – if necessary, installation of the hybrid PV inverter, installation of energy storage, installation of lightning protection or appropriate SPD devices and protective connections, installation of electrical devices and protections, conducting tests of the installation and verifying the correct operation of the system, commissioning the system and adjustments, marking of the distribution board, cable junction informing about the PV installation and energy storage (if applicable), training of Users/Staff.
3) Construction works: execution of passages in places where the cable routes pass through walls, roofs, or other obstacles, sealing of passages.
