1. The subject of the contract is the supply of equipment for pathomorphological diagnostics.
2. The subject of the contract is described in detail in attachment No. 1 to the SWZ - Offer Form, in attachments No. 2.1 to 2.5 to the SWZ – Summary of Required Quality-Technical Parameters, and in attachment No. 4 to the SWZ – Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which state the quantity of the subject of the contract and its description.
3. The Ordering Party reserves the right to cancel this procurement procedure if the public funds that the Ordering Party intends to allocate for the financing of all or part of the contract are not granted (art. 257 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law). The Ordering Party is applying for funding under a competition organized by the Ministry of Health for the selection of implementers of the National Oncology Strategy task entitled “Purchase of Equipment for Pathomorphological Diagnostics” in 2025. As of the date of initiating this procurement procedure, the competition has not been resolved.
4. The Ordering Party allows for the submission of partial offers. The subject of the contract has been divided into parts (packages).
