Delivery of two servers – GitLab server and AI server REQUEST FOR QUOTATION To select a supplier of two servers – a GitLab server and an AI server – for project no. FEPM.01.01-IP.03-0077/25-00 entitled “Development of an innovative adaptive-predictive heating controller algorithm compliant with the KNX standard, implemented in a KNX server device connected with LCD panels,” co-financed under the European Funds for Pomerania 2021–2027 Program, Priority FEPM.01 European funds for a competitive and smart Pomerania, Measure FEPM.01.01 Research and innovation in enterprises, recruitment no. FEPM.01.01-IP.03-001/25.
The subject of the order is the delivery of two brand new, complete servers – a GitLab server and an AI server – including the required equipment and components, intended for use in research and development work within the project. Detailed minimum technical and functional requirements of the devices are specified in the specification of the subject of the order.
1. GitLab server – 1 unit, intended to support the development environment and processes related to software creation, storage, compilation, and testing. 2. AI server – 1 unit, intended to perform calculations related to the use of AI solutions within undertaken research and development work. Both servers must be delivered as complete devices, equipped with all necessary elements for proper operation according to the requirements defined in this request for quotation. The supplier is responsible for the selection and compatibility check of the components used. Due to compatibility requirements of both devices, the RAM modules used in the GitLab server and the AI server must come from the same manufacturer, be of the same model, and allow mutual interchange between the servers. Detailed minimum technical requirements for each server are specified below.

If proper names, trademarks, manufacturer, model, patent, or product origin are indicated in the specification of the subject of the order, these indications serve exclusively to define the expected standard, functionality, and technical parameters of the order subject. The contracting authority allows the offer of equivalent products. A product will be considered equivalent if it meets all the minimum technical, functional, and quality requirements specified in the order subject description. The offered product may have better parameters than required. When offering an equivalent product, the bidder is obliged to indicate the manufacturer and model of the offered product and demonstrate its compliance with the requirements defined by the contracting authority in the specification of the order subject. Conditions of participation: - List of required documents/declarations: 1) Offer prepared on the form constituting part A of annex no. 1 to this request for quotation. 2) Bidder’s declaration on meeting participation conditions on the form constituting part B of annex no. 1 to this request for quotation. 3) Bidder’s declaration of no capital or personal ties with the Contracting Authority on the form constituting part C of annex no. 1 to this request for quotation. 4) Criteria list – specification showing compliance with the request for quotation subject – constituting part D of annex no. 1 to this request for quotation. The bidder indicates that the offered item has a given feature by placing an “X” in the appropriate row for each feature. In case of lacking a feature, the appropriate box in the column must remain empty. 5) Annex no. 2 to the request for quotation constituting GDPR Declaration.
Note: Failure to attach the offer form according to the template constituting part A of annex no. 1 to this request or attaching it in an incorrect form or not in accordance with requirements specified in the request for quotation will result in rejection of the offer, subject to point 12 of the section “Additional conditions.” - Additional participation conditions: Bidders who meet the following may participate in the procedure: - possess necessary knowledge and experience to perform the order; - have never been finally convicted for crimes related to the procurement procedure, bribery, crimes against economic turnover, or other crimes committed to gain financial benefits; - partners in a registered partnership, members of the board of a professional partnership; general partners of limited partnerships and limited joint-stock partnerships; members of governing bodies of legal persons have never been finally convicted for crimes related to the procurement procedure, bribery, crimes against economic turnover, or other crimes committed to gain financial benefits; - have not been banned by a court from applying for orders under regulations on collective entity liability for prohibited acts under penalty; - are not personally or capital-wise related entities with the Contracting Authority.
