The purpose of this contract is to carry out the missions of an environmental coordinator as part of the preliminary investigations (preventive archaeology diagnostics, geotechnical surveys, release of sites) in the departments of Lot-et-Garonne (47), Tarn-et-Garonne (82), and Haute-Garonne (31) for the new Bordeaux-Toulouse line project, a component of the Grand Projet ferroviaire du Sud-Ouest (GPSO), particularly concerning the clearing operations of forested areas.
The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the ERC measures prescribed in the context of DAE1, including:
- Ecological monitoring and monitoring of site interventions in areas subject to deforestation authorization or in areas outside of deforestation but requiring the implementation of avoidance or reduction measures prior to preventive archaeology operations or geotechnical surveys;
- Strict control of the implementation of avoidance, reduction, and accompaniment measures as defined in the “protected species derogation” section and more generally in DAE 1 “preliminary investigations” Bordeaux / Toulouse;
- Technical support and advice to the project owner and site teams to ensure compliance with regulations and best ecological practices;
- Reporting information, preparing regular reports (report and GIS), and proposing any necessary adjustments to the devices as needed, in relation to the evolution of field operations.
The contract has a duration of 44 months, consisting of a firm tranche (08 months) and 3 optional tranches (12 months each).
