The subject of the Contract is the preparation of Design Documentation and execution of construction works aimed at building an overhead contact system, including power supply elements, autotransformer cabins, and control of KDP overhead contact system switches on the section Kotowice – CPK Railway Junction – Łódź, as well as on connecting sections to the existing/under-construction state by PKP PLK along with reconstruction of the existing PKP PLK infrastructure at connection points to the extent necessary. Furthermore, the Contractor is obliged to obtain the EU verification certificate for the Energy subsystem, issue appropriate verification declarations, and prepare all necessary documentation required to obtain permission for the indefinite exploitation of the Energy subsystem. The operational and design speed of the line is 350 km/h.
