The subject of the contract is the design and subsequent delivery with installation of energy storage systems for existing photovoltaic installations in 50 residential houses and 4 public utility buildings within the Zabrodzie Municipality area in accordance with the Functional-Operational Program constituting the Description of the Subject of the Contract as Annex No. 1a to the Terms of Reference (ToR) concerning residential houses along with Annex No. 1c to the ToR concerning the types of installations for residential buildings, and in accordance with the Functional-Operational Program constituting the Description of the Subject of the Contract as Annex No. 1b to the ToR concerning public utility buildings.
The aforementioned installations will be installed to meet the energy needs of public utility buildings and residential houses in the Zabrodzie Municipality.
For the execution of the contract, the Contractor will use brand-new electric energy storage units that meet the requirements specified in the table in point 6.1.2.2 of the Functional-Operational Program (FOP), ensuring the possibility of implementing a dedicated IT system, described below in point 11.
The list of buildings in which the installation of electric energy storage units is to be carried out has been included in the Table on page 2 of the Functional-Operational Program (hereinafter referred to as “FOP”) for public utility buildings, which constitutes Annex No. 1a to the ToR, and in Annex No. 1 to the FOP regarding residential houses.
Energy storage installations in public utility buildings will have the following capacities:
a) not less than 5 kWh (1 unit),
b) not less than 7 kWh (2 units),
c) not less than 10 kWh (1 unit)
Energy storage installations in single-family houses will have the following capacities:
a) not less than 6 kWh (25 units),
b) not less than 10 kWh (25 units).
The indicated capacity of the electric energy storage units is adjusted to the electricity production of the existing renewable energy sources (RES) devices.
