Description:
Delivery, installation, and commissioning of specialized analytical equipment for water testing, including gas chromatography systems and ion chromatographs, with training for staff and ensuring all equipment is new and fully operational.

The subject of this contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of
1) a gas chromatography system with a triple quadrupole (QQQ) tandem mass spectrometer intended for the determination of pesticide residues in water;
2) a set consisting of a gas chromatograph with a mass detector (GC-MS) with a Purge & Trap (P&T) type purge and trap accessory, intended for the determination of volatile organic compounds in drinking water and pool waters;
3) a set consisting of two separate compact ion chromatographs intended for the determination of inorganic anions and cations in water.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical requirements and main parameters, delivery and installation conditions, acceptance conditions, warranties, and required staff training, as well as other requirements of the Contracting Authority, is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract constituting Annexes 3.1, 3.2, and 3.3 to the Terms of Reference - available on the procedure's website.
The item offered by the Contractor should be brand new, not previously used as a demo or display, manufactured no earlier than indicated in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, and must be free from any physical or legal defects, in particular third-party rights. Furthermore, each of the 3 parts of the subject of the contract listed in paragraph 2 must be delivered as a complete device (system, set) ready for use without the need for additional financial, organizational, or technical expenses by the Contracting Authority. The delivered equipment must meet all parameters and quality requirements declared by the Contractor in the submitted offer and specified by the Contracting Authority in the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
The Contracting Authority allows a site visit of the installation location before submitting the offer, on a date agreed with the Contracting Authority.


LOT-0001
Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a gas chromatography system with a triple quadrupole (QQQ) tandem mass spectrometer intended for the determination of pesticide residues in water.
The subject of part 1 of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a gas chromatography system with a triple quadrupole (QQQ) tandem mass spectrometer intended for the determination of pesticide residues in water along with training on its operation for the Contracting Authority's employees.
The subject of the contract should be free from physical and legal defects, complete, brand new, manufactured no earlier than the fourth quarter of 2025, fully operational and not previously used as a demo or display. It should be from serial production, unmodified, not refurbished, not processed, not upgraded, and delivered complete. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's headquarters at their own cost and risk, including unloading, carrying into the designated room, and setting it up at the installation site. The device must be installed, started up, and configured at the final installation site.

The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, and commissioning of a set consisting of a gas chromatograph with a mass detector (GC-MS) with a Purge & Trap (P&T) type purge and trap accessory, intended for the determination of volatile organic compounds in drinking water and pool waters, along with training on the operation of the set for the Contracting Authority's employees. The subject of the contract should be free from physical and legal defects, complete, brand new, manufactured no earlier than the first quarter of 2026, fully operational and not previously used as a demo or display. It should be from serial production, unmodified, not refurbished, not processed, not upgraded. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's headquarters at their own cost and risk, including unloading, carrying into the designated room, and setting it up at the installation site. The device must be installed, started up, and configured at the final installation site,

The subject of the contract should be free from physical and legal defects, complete, brand new, manufactured no earlier than the fourth quarter of 2025 (applies to all set elements), fully operational and not previously used as a demonstration version or display. It should be from serial production, unmodified, not refurbished, not processed, not upgraded. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Contracting Authority's headquarters at their own cost and risk, including unloading, carrying into the designated room, and setting it up at the installation site. The device must be installed, started up, and configured at the final installation site,
