The general objective of the DANUBIUS-RO project is the construction, equipping, and operationalization of the Romanian components of the pan-European distributed research infrastructure.
The purpose of this contract is to extend the research capabilities of INCDSB – Murighiol Research Center with equipment capable of providing critical information regarding the biodiversity of the Romanian stretch of the Danube-Delta Danube-Black Sea system and to generate data for medium- and long-term statistical studies on the evolution of biodiversity and its role in the natural regulation mechanisms of trophic chains.
The procurement procedure aims to publicly acquire scientific equipment necessary to equip the scientific research facilities – proteomics, needed by the Murighiol Hub research facilities, whose operationalization is the responsibility of the Contracting Authority within the project PCIDIF “INTERNATIONAL CENTER FOR ADVANCED STUDIES FOR RIVER – SEA SYSTEMS DANUBIUS – RO”, SMIS Code 304273.
To achieve the indicators assumed by the DANUBIUS-RO project and to carry out the activities planned to obtain the results committed by the funding application code SMIS 304273, the contracting authority is interested in purchasing an integrated set of equipment for thermogravimetric analysis, including installation, commissioning, training, and post-delivery service during the warranty period:
1. Thermogravimetric analyzer with a reaction gas sampling and transfer system (interface) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit
2. Gas chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer (GC/MS) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit
3. Fourier-transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR) and data control and interpretation software - 1 unit
Technical specifications of the equipment and goods to be supplied, as well as the requirements regarding installation, commissioning, personnel training, samples, and post-delivery service during the warranty period, are detailed in the Specifications Book.
Number of days before the deadline for the receipt of Offers during which Bidders can request clarifications: 20 days.

To achieve the indicators assumed by the DANUBIUS-RO project and to carry out the planned activities to obtain the results committed by the funding application code SMIS 304273, the contracting authority is interested in purchasing a genetic analyzer of the DNA sequencer type, including installation, commissioning, training, and post-delivery service during the warranty period according to the provisions of the Specifications Book.
