The contracting authority needs to procure materials necessary for conducting industrial research activities for the project "System Based on Artificial Intelligence and Optical, Photonic, and Electrochemical Sensors for Monitoring Wastewater in High-Risk Environments - SISMED", Code SMIS 331741.
In this regard, the contracting authority will procure materials needed to create modules specific to the industrial research activities of the project. These contribute to the creation and testing of the SISMED system components, following the completion of Activity 1. Industrial Research Activities, to create and test the SISMED prototype system, and to streamline the operational process for the project implementation team from the supplier authority, improving internal communication and increasing its performance as well.
Any requests for clarification must be submitted in SEAP (https://www.e-licitatie.ro)
The number of days in which clarifications can be requested before the proposal submission deadline is 18 days. The contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all clarification requests on the 11th day before the proposal submission deadline.
