The contractor operates, maintains, and secures the solution and provides the operating environment according to Section 15.1 Paragraph 6. The solution is opened case-related from an existing specialized procedure and supports the user in reviewing, structuring, and summarizing case information. Lot 2: The subject of this lot is the support of the client in establishing and operating a management system for artificial intelligence as well as in compliance, information security, technical security audits, AI governance, and data protection for the use of artificial intelligence applications. The service is provided as consulting and support services. A contractor-operated service is not the subject of this lot. Lot 3: The subject of the service is the provision and operation of a software solution in which the client and other stakeholders manage their management systems, as a contractor-operated service.
