OFA IKS is Norway's largest municipal procurement cooperation and covers all of Agder. OFA needs to procure a modern and well-functioning system for KGV and KAV for ourselves, our owners and several participating entities. It is particularly important that the system will contribute to simplifying and making the purchasing function more efficient for all of OFA ́s owners.
