Objective of this procurement procedure: Acquisition and installation of a software module that uses artificial intelligence, dedicated to the analysis of chest X-rays, analysis and monitoring of pulmonary nodules on computed tomography investigations. This represents a state-of-the-art technology that reduces human error and increases the speed and accuracy of radiologists by utilizing AI. The contractor will provide and install the necessary software product for the extension of the digitization process, having the minimum characteristics/specifications specified in the specifications document. Delivery will be made in accordance with the requirements contained in the specifications document. Any requests for clarifications must be sent via SEAP (https://e-licitatie.ro/). Under the provisions of art. 160 of Law 98/2016, economic operators interested in the procedure will request clarifications or additional information regarding the procurement documentation. The number of days before the deadline for submitting offers in which clarifications can be requested is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
