The subject of the tender is the conclusion of several EVB-IT service contracts aimed at providing comprehensive support in the IT sector. Several qualified contractors are to be bound for this purpose. The goal is to create a flexible and efficient portfolio of service providers that meets various IT service requirements and supports the contracting authority in implementing its digital strategy.

•SAP Consulting
Support in the design, implementation, and further development of cash management and permissions.

•Services related to Microsoft technologies and products
Consulting and support for the introduction, configuration, and operation of Microsoft products (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, Exchange, Teams).

•Support for IT procurements
Professional and methodological support for the execution of IT procurement projects, including the creation of specifications, evaluation criteria, and award documents.

•Market analyses and benchmarking
Conducting market analyses and benchmarking in the field of software, hardware, and IT services to support strategic decision-making.

•Network, internet, and security services
Consultation, planning, and optimization of network infrastructures and internet connections, as well as consulting and implementation of IT security measures.

•IT Identity Management / Tenfold
Consulting and operational support in the area of identity and permission management, particularly in the operation and further development of the existing Tenfold system.

•IT Service Management / Matrix42
Consulting and operational support in the introduction, further development, and operation of ITSM processes and systems, particularly based on Matrix42.

•On-site IT support and field service
Provision of on-site support services for end users, IT workplaces, and consulting rooms; including incident and problem management, rollout support, and hardware service.

•Lot 2 SAP consulting services focusing on permissions
•Lot 3 SAP consulting services focusing on cash management
•Lot 4 User support services for the use of Microsoft products (cloud and/or on-premise)
•Lot 5 Services around SQL Server and Visual Studio
•Lot 6 Services for Microsoft products (cloud and on-premises)
•Lot 7 Services in the area of network and internet
•Lot 8 Services in the area of IT security
•Lot 9 Services in the area of IT identity management / Tenfold
•Lot 10 Services in the area of IT service management / Matrix42
•Lot 11 Services in the area of on-site IT support for IT workplaces
•Lot 12 Services in the area of on-site IT support for consulting rooms
For each lot, two to ten contractors are to be bound.
