1) The subject of the order is the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with an energy storage system in the building "BARKA" Social Welfare Home named after John Paul II in Janów Lubelski, in the building of the County Road Authority in Janów Lubelski, in the building of the Care and Educational Facility "PROMYK" in Janów Lubelski, and in the educational and dormitory building of the Technical School Complex in Janów Lubelski with parameters in accordance with those presented in the respective descriptions of the subject of the order constituting Attachments No. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e to the SWZ.
2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system (with a power not exceeding 45 kWp - in the case of part 1 and with a power not exceeding 50 kWp - in the case of parts 2, 3, 4, and 5) and an energy storage system (with a maximum capacity of 45 kWh - in the case of part 1 and with a maximum capacity of 50 kWh - in the case of parts 2, 3, 4, and 5), including:
a) the supply of brand new devices manufactured within the last 24 months preceding the date of commissioning, unused before the date of delivery, coming from official distribution channels of the manufacturer and undamaged and unencumbered with rights of third parties in the scope specified in the respective Attachments No. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e to the SWZ, including transport, carrying in, setting up, installing, folding, connecting, at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the cost and risk of the Contractor,
b) execution of a roof structure for the photovoltaic installation for a complete set of panels (total power 45 kWp - for part 1, total power 50 kWp - for parts 2, 3, 4, and 5) in accordance with design documentation and technical specifications,
c) execution of cable routes resistant to weather conditions,
d) execution of a photovoltaic installation with a power of 45 kWp - in the case of part 1, and with a power of 50 kWp - in the case of parts 2, 3, 4, and 5 (photovoltaic panels, accompanying devices, inverters, cabling, etc.) in accordance with design documentation and technical specifications,
e) execution of grounding systems along with measuring the ground resistance,
f) installation of a fire switch,
g) installation of an external energy storage system in accordance with design documentation and technical specifications.
h) commissioning and conducting tests and measurements of the installation,
i) execution, on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, of all necessary legal and formal actions related to completing the investment and obtaining appropriate approvals, decisions, permits, permissions, agreements including, among others, confirmation of effective connection of the microinstallation to the distribution network enabling the legal use of the subject of the order.
j) gathering and presenting to the Ordering Party, along with the notification for acceptance, all necessary documents constituting the as-built, technical and operating documentation related to the subject of the order, in particular: installation schemes, connections, and arrangements of panels and storage, lists of devices (panels, inverter, storage, protections), protocols of electrical measurements including, among others, insulation resistance, continuity of PE and grounding, tests of operation of protections and shock protection, catalog sheets of supplied devices, operating instructions, conditions for operation and health and safety, protocols of commissioning, declarations of conformity CE for, among others, panels, inverter, and storage, certificates of compliance with standards, warranty cards, protocols of technical acceptance of the installation, statements of the contractor on execution in accordance with the project, standards, and fire protection agreements.
k) providing along with the order required instructions in Polish for operation,
l) quality guarantee provided for a period consistent with the provisions of § 6 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for installed devices and assembly-installation work, on terms no less favorable than the manufacturer's warranty, confirmed by separate warranty documents provided together with the devices being the subject of the order,
m) training of persons designated by the user in the principles of using the installation.
n) detailed scope is defined in the respective Descriptions of the subject of the order for the respective parts of the order constituting Attachment No. 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, and 1e to the SWZ.

Part 1
Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with an energy storage system in the building "BARKA" Social Welfare Home named after John Paul II in Janów Lubelski.
1) The subject of the order is "Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with an energy storage system in the building "BARKA" Social Welfare Home named after John Paul II in Janów Lubelski" with parameters consistent with those presented in the description of the subject of the order constituting Attachment No. 1a to the SWZ.
2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system with a power not exceeding 45 kWp and an energy storage system with a maximum capacity of 45 kWh, including:

1) The subject of the order is "Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with an energy storage system in the building of the County Road Authority in Janów Lubelski" with parameters consistent with those presented in the description of the subject of the order constituting Attachment No. 1b to the SWZ.
2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system with a power not exceeding 50 kWp and an energy storage system with a maximum capacity of 50 kWh, including:
a) the supply of brand new devices manufactured within the last 24 months preceding the date of commissioning, unused before the date of delivery, coming from official distribution channels of the manufacturer and undamaged and unencumbered with rights of third parties in the scope specified in Attachment No. 1b to the SWZ, including transport, carrying in, setting up, installing, folding, connecting, at the place indicated by the Ordering Party at the cost and risk of the Contractor,

Delivery, assembly, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with an energy storage system in the building of the Care and Educational Facility "PROMYK" in Janów Lubelski.
1) The subject of the order is the "Delivery, installation, and commissioning of a photovoltaic installation along with energy storage in the Care and Educational Facility 'PROMYK' in Janów Lubelski" with parameters consistent with those presented in the description of the subject of the order which is Appendix No. 1c to the SWZ.
2) The scope of the subject of the order includes the supply, installation, and commissioning of a photovoltaic system with a capacity not exceeding 50 kWp and energy storage with a maximum capacity of 50 kWh, including:
a) the delivery of brand new devices produced within the last 24 months preceding the day of handing over the installation for use, unused prior to the day of delivery, originating from the official distribution channels of the manufacturer and undamaged and free from third-party rights in the scope specified in Appendix No. 1c to the SWZ along with transport, lifting, setting up, mounting, assembling, connecting, at the places indicated by the Ordering Party at the cost and risk of the Contractor,
b) the execution of a roof structure for the photovoltaic installation for a complete set of panels (total power 50 kWp) in accordance with the project documentation and technical specification,
c) the execution of cable routes resistant to weather conditions,
d) the execution of a photovoltaic installation with a power of 50 kWp (photovoltaic panels, associated devices, inverters, cabling, etc.) in accordance with the project documentation and technical specification,
e) the execution of a grounding installation along with measuring the resistance of the grounding,
f) the installation of a fire switch,
g) the installation of external energy storage in accordance with the project documentation and technical specification.
h) commissioning and conducting tests and measurements of the installation,
i) performing, on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, all necessary formal and legal activities related to the completion of the investment and obtaining the appropriate approvals, decisions, permits, agreements, including, among others, confirmation of the effective connection of the micro-installation to the distribution network, enabling the legal use of the subject of the order.
j) assembling and presenting to the Ordering Party, along with the notification of acceptance, all the necessary documents constituting the as-built, technical, and operating documentation related to the subject of the order, in particular: installation diagrams, connections, and locations of panels and storage, equipment listings (panels, inverter, storage, protections), protocols of electrical measurements including, among others, insulation resistance, continuity of PE and grounding, tests of the functioning of protections and accident protection, catalog cards of provided devices, operating instructions, operating conditions and OHS, commissioning protocols, declarations of conformity CE for, among others, panels, inverter, and storage, certificates of conformity with standards, warranty cards, protocols of technical acceptance of the installation, statements from the contractor that the work was performed in accordance with the project, standards, and fire protection agreements.
k) delivering with the order the necessary operating instructions in Polish,
l) quality guarantee provided for the period consistent with the content of § 6 of the contract and resulting from the Contractor's offer for the installed devices and assembly-installation work, on conditions not worse than the manufacturer's guarantee, confirmed by separate warranty documents delivered with the devices being the subject of the order,
m) training of persons indicated by the user in the principles of using the installation.
n) the detailed scope is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order which is Appendix No. 1c to the SWZ.
