The subject of the order is the integration and expansion of the provider's IT systems as part of the project titled "Improving the quality of IT services at the Independent Public Voivodship Specialist Hospital in Chełm," including: a thorough modernization of IT infrastructure, compliance with national and European law requirements (EDM, P1, regulations concerning e-health). The subject of the order includes: Expansion of the HIS system with new functions, including 9 additional EDM templates, integration with eKRN, implementation of nursing panels, purchase of ICT equipment: servers, storage systems, AIO stations, readers, environmental security systems, and database software. The contracting authority requires that the subject of the order complies with the principle of “do not cause significant harm” (DNSH), as defined in Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852.
