The subject of the contract is the delivery of reagents, control materials and consumables for conducting tests, validating and issuing results along with the leasing of analyzers for the Microbiology Department. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No. 1a, 1b to the SWZ. This description should be read together with any changes to the content of the SWZ, resulting from, for example, the responses given to contractors' inquiries. The quantities provided are an estimated demand and are used to calculate the price of the offer (i.e., to determine the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority reserves the right to refrain from purchasing part of the assortment due to lack or decrease in demand for a given assortment.
