This consultation concerns the implementation of expertise, consulting, study, and engineering services for tourism projects. This consultation consists of several lots:

Lot 2: Heritage and Cultural Projects - maximum number of holders: 3
Lot 3: Visitor Spaces - maximum number of holders: 2
Lot 4: Tourist Itinerancy and Mobility - maximum number of holders: 2
Lot 5: Heavy Equipment and Infrastructure - maximum number of holders: 2

Tourist Accommodations.
The contractors must carry out engineering studies for tourism projects under the conditions set out in this point 6.1 regarding the following establishments: Hotels, hotel-restaurants, outdoor hotels, holiday villages, tourist residences, eco-lodges, hostels, atypical accommodations, tourist resorts, leisure bases with accommodations

Heritage and Cultural Projects.
The contractors must carry out studies on the valorization and/or transformation of heritage buildings under the conditions outlined in point 6.2 regarding the following establishments: historical, religious, military, industrial (…), classified or not, museums, and other cultural facilities, organization and management of cultural events

Visitor Spaces.
The contractors must carry out studies on the creation and/or transformation and/or repositioning of tourist visitor spaces under the conditions set out in point 6.3 regarding the following establishments: Theme parks, amusement parks, water parks or zoological parks, company visits, parks and gardens, leisure bases without accommodations

Tourist Itinerancy and Mobility.
The contractors will be responsible under this lot for submitting studies related to the development of soft itinerancies (walking, cycling, equestrian…), the development of mobilities to improve access to tourist sites and/or the integration of mobility into tourism development projects to Atout France.

Heavy Equipment and Infrastructure.
The contractors must carry out studies on the valorization and/or transformation of heavy tourist equipment and infrastructures under the conditions outlined in point 6.5 regarding the following establishments: sports and leisure facilities, thermal facilities, mountain equipment (ski lifts, cable cars, shuttles), port infrastructures (cruise docks, pleasure marinas), river stops, airports, convention centers & exhibition parks

Development Opportunity Valorization.
The contractors must carry out studies under the conditions outlined in point 6.6 regarding various built sites such as castles, agricultural estates, hotels, tourist or industrial wasteland, land, having a vocation and/or potential for tourism development

Communication and Event Organization.
As part of this lot, the contractor will be responsible for enhancing the engineering actions of Atout France and organizing events or other supports (web page, social networks…) related to the various programs and partnerships managed by the Atout France engineering teams.

Architecture (programs, renovations, construction economics).
The contractors will be responsible for conducting programming studies, construction economics, urbanism or architectural studies concerning built or unbuilt sites, classified or not, related to tourism, heritage but also potentially to industrial wasteland or agricultural estates.

Legal Engineering.
As part of this lot, the contractors will be responsible for carrying out the following: ? Legal analyses of existing project setups; ? Hypotheses for legal and funding setups for projects in creation or reconfiguration (consultation/validation); ? Expertise in regulatory, urbanistic, and environmental law (legal project setup and securing procedures) for projects in creation & support of project engineering for the integration of sustainability criteria; ? Preparation of various technical notes (including fiscal) during the progress of the setups regarding legal and regulatory questions (specifically validation of hypotheses made by studies conducted by third parties)

Project Support / Coaching.
The contractors will be responsible for supporting Atout France in project engineering and training (project management, development methodology) of project promoters and/or project managers, primarily within public or semi-public organizations.
