The objective of the procurement for the expert's skills portfolio labor training is to implement training programs in the Jyväskylä and Muurame areas, targeting highly educated individuals and other job seekers with an expert background. In the implementation of the training, it is expected that the selected service providers will leverage their expertise in planning and executing the content of impactful, contemporary training themes. This is partly a results-based procurement.
The call for proposals for labor training consists of three different main themes (sub-areas), for which partial proposals can be submitted. The provider decides how many themes they wish to submit a proposal for.
The themes according to the sub-areas are:
1) Knowledge management, artificial intelligence, and analytics
2) Safety and preparedness
3) Aging population and professional competence in the care sector
