Carrying out legal, administrative, and technical advisory tasks, to support the CPP procurement process, coordination and monitoring of the execution of the 'Space Innova Andalucía' Initiative, including the technological validation of the solutions developed in the CPI project, the satisfaction of the contracted innovation services, as well as other auxiliary services necessary for the execution of said Initiative.
The success in the development of any CPI initiative requires the advice of a multidisciplinary team, involving technical personnel expert in the specific subject of each project, personnel expert in public contracting, legal advice on intellectual and industrial property rights, and non-ordinary mechanisms of administrative contracting and specialists in R&D&I management. Likewise, the launch of CPI projects within an Administration must be carried out with the participation of many internal actors: sectoral technical personnel from each involved area, as well as contracting and legal services managers, so their impetus requires a transversal action, which has undeniable common aspects, regardless of the specific characteristics and themes of each project.
In this sense, this consulting and technical assistance service will ultimately aim to advise and support the General Directorate for the Promotion of Innovation in everything that the design, planning, coordination, execution, validation, and certification of the CPI Initiative may entail to achieve the success of the intervention.
