1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a mobile Drone Service Platform built on a company vehicle for the Voivodeship Police Headquarters in Lublin.
2. The subject of the order must meet all the conditions specified in detail in the attachment "Price Quotation," which also serves as the technical specification, constituting attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ.
3. The scope of the order and the description of the subject matter of the order has been specified in the Terms of Reference (SWZ), attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ and in the draft contract – attachment to the SWZ.
4. In attachment No. 1.1 to the SWZ "Price Quotation," all required information must be provided and all required fields filled (including all dotted fields where one must enter in particular: the brand, type, and commercial designation of the offered vehicle, warranty periods, and the necessary parameters of the offered vehicle (related to the bid evaluation criteria) and in the other attachments to the SWZ. The contractor in attachment 1.1 to the SWZ shall declare that the vehicle offered by him meets the minimum technical requirements described in detail in this attachment.
