Design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of the BESS system The subject of the order is to perform the design, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an electric energy storage system in the building of Kindergarten No. 81 under the "design & build" formula, together with all necessary formalities, notifications, and documentation. Conditions for participation: - Knowledge and experience: The contractor meets the participation condition regarding technical or professional ability in terms of experience and professional qualifications if they demonstrate that in the last 5 years they have completed at least 3 orders involving the delivery and installation of an electric energy storage system (BESS) with a capacity of not less than 10 kWh each, including at least 1 order under the "design & build" formula, each worth ≥ PLN 50,000 gross. The contractor must also demonstrate that they have completed at least one order involving the delivery and commissioning of an energy management system (EMS) with the function of automatic optimization of storage operation and integration with the supervisory system. - Persons able to perform the contract: The contractor meets the participation condition regarding technical or professional ability if they demonstrate that they employ at least: a) an electrical works manager holding construction qualifications in the electrical field, current SEP E and D qualification certificates, and experience managing works including at least 2 installations of BESS or PV; b) a designer with unlimited design qualifications in the electrical field and experience designing at least 2 BESS or PV installations; c) a person performing electrical installation measurements, holding a current SEP E or D qualification certificate covering control and measurement activities. - Economic and financial situation: The contractor meets the participation condition regarding economic or financial ability if they demonstrate liability insurance (OC) for their business activities with a sum insured not less than PLN 1,000,000 (one million zlotys, 00/100), valid for the entire contract duration. - Additional participation conditions: Mandatory site inspection – dates: – September 15, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; – September 16, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; after prior confirmation by email at p81@eduwarszawa.pl or by phone at 22 679 02 35. - Technical capacity: The contractor meets the participation condition regarding technical capacity if they demonstrate that the manufacturer of the offered energy storage system (BESS) and inverter provides authorized technical service in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
