1. The object of the order is the purchase of software enabling the automation of technological processes within the Department of Pathomorphology and the Mortuary of SPWSZ in Szczecin. The contractor is obligated to carry out the order under the principles and conditions described in the draft contract, which constitutes Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ, as well as in the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. 3. The ordering party does not allow for the submission of partial offers as referred to in Article 7 point 15) PZP. The submitted offer must cover the entire scope of the subject of the order specified in the SWZ. The ordering party, knowing the market, requires that only contractors possessing a complete software solution and compatible hardware solution respond to this procedure. This will facilitate the coordination of the entire process required by the ordering party. Market verification indicates that such contractors exist, and this will not be a reason for limiting the market.
