1 piece of new urine testing machine with the following minimum technical parameters: • New device • The device must be suitable for testing human urine using test strips (Test strip parameters must include at least: bilirubin, urobilinogen, ketones, ascorbic acid, glucose, protein/albumin, blood, bilirubin, pH, nitrite, white blood cells, (micro)albumin) • The device must be able to measure at least 3 different wavelengths in the range of 450 nm to 670 nm. • The device must have an LCD touch screen where various measurement parameters (bilirubin, urobilinogen, ketones, ascorbic acid, glucose, protein/albumin, blood, pH, nitrite, white blood cells, specific gravity, color) are displayed. • The device must be capable of exporting measured results in digital format (via USB port or RS232 port) and/or displaying them in printed form with the help of a built-in printer. • The device must comply with IVD CE certification, and the certificate must be presented at the time of delivery of the device. • Automatic machine. The contracting authority clearly states that it will not accept semi-automatic urine testing machines as valid offers. Expected accessories: IVD CE certificate (declaration of conformity), Hungarian user manual and operating instructions, reagents necessary for installation, test strips, 2 packs of heat-sensitive printer paper to be delivered at the time of shipment. Installation: Required Training: Required, for 2 persons for 4 hours Warranty: 12 months full on-site warranty from the date of commissioning. The warranty covers the replacement of defective parts as well. The offer must specify the manufacturer, type, and country of origin (in case of country of origin within the European Union, the contracting authority accepts the EU designation as the country of origin). A new product must be delivered. The contracting authority considers a product to be new if it has not been used after production and has not been used as a display or testing device. The contracting authority does not accept products consisting of used or refurbished components as new. The contracting authority states under Article 46 of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) that where a reference to a specified brand appears in the procurement documents, it is done to clearly define the nature of the product, as a sufficiently precise and understandable description of the subject of the contract cannot be ensured by description. However, the bidder may include any other product in their offer that meets the specified requirements and is equivalent. In this case, the bidder must demonstrate in their offer - by appropriate means, using any suitable tool - that the product meets the requirements specified in the procurement technical description.
