Multimedia systems.
The subject of the contract is represented by the delivery, installation, and configuration of the set of equipment and software licenses purchased necessary for conducting teaching and research activities within the laboratories implemented in the project. In this regard, the contract delivery will include at least the following components, products, and services: ● The products and services described in the specifications document ● Delivery, installation, and configuration of products at the headquarters of the contracting authority; ● Training of the Beneficiary's staff for the use of the delivered hardware and software products; ● Providing warranty for the delivered equipment, products, and software applications throughout the contract duration. In executing the contract, the contractor's activity will be guided by the following principles: i. The contractor acts in the interest of the contracting authority during the provision of the products, under the conditions and limitations described in the documentation related to this procurement procedure; ii. The contractor acts to achieve the objectives presented for the contract regarding the optimization of the use of resources necessary to fulfill the contract's objectives.
