The subject of the contract is the construction of photovoltaic micro-installations in the Modliborzyce Municipality. The contracting authority, in accordance with Article 91(1) of the Public Procurement Law, allows for the submission of partial offers divided into 5 parts, with the possibility of submitting offers for any selected part of the subject of the contract as follows: Part 1 of the contract: Construction of a photovoltaic micro-installation PV with a capacity of 35kW with an energy storage system on the roof of the existing Library building. Part 2 of the contract: Construction of a photovoltaic micro-installation PV with a capacity of 9.5kW on the roof of the existing building of the SPZOZ in Wierzchowiska Drugie. Part 3 of the contract: Construction of a photovoltaic micro-installation PV with a capacity of 40kW with an energy storage system at the water source - Wierzchowiska Drugie. Part 4 of the contract: Construction of a photovoltaic micro-installation PV with a capacity of 40kW with an energy storage system - Węgliska. Part 5 of the contract: Construction of a photovoltaic micro-installation PV with a capacity of 40 kW with an energy storage system at the water intake - Zarajec. The execution of the contract and its commissioning must comply with all legal acts relevant to the subject of the contract, technical and construction regulations, applicable Polish Standards, guidelines, and principles of technical knowledge. Materials/devices used by the Contractor must meet, in terms of quality, the requirements for products permitted for sale and use in construction, as specified in Article 10 of the Construction Law Act of July 7, 1944 (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 418, as amended). The subject of the contract must be free from defects, comply with the quality standards specified in the relevant legal acts, have manufacturer guarantees, and must meet all requirements stipulated by applicable regulations for this type of products and cannot be subject to claims from third parties. The minimum warranty and liability period for the subject of the contract (all components, including installation work) is 60 months; subject to the provisions of point 2.9 below concerning the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The warranty and liability period begins from the date of completion of the contract subject confirmed by the final acceptance protocol, the warranty and liability period runs concurrently. 2.9. In regard to photovoltaic modules, the Contracting Authority additionally requires, irrespective of the provisions of point 2.8, a warranty not less than a 12-year warranty on the product and a 25-year linear performance warranty. The manufacturer's warranty for energy storage systems must be at least 10 years.
