Procurement of LABORATORY REAGENTS 2 - 2025 with the provision of the analyzer necessary for performing determinations, through rental – framework agreement for 4 years. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of offers/candidacies: 20. The contracting authority establishes a single deadline for responding clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information: on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers. Any request for clarification must be sent in SEAP. The contracting authority has allocated an optimal period necessary for consolidating answers to the requests for clarifications.
