The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the execution of:
a) expansion and modernization of 25 traffic lights along with updating the traffic light work programs and including them in the signaling control subsystem,
b) modernization, expansion and replacement of traffic light controllers along with adaptation of control cabinets to the needs of the system,
c) priority subsystem for public transport vehicles for newly developed signalling,
d) expansion of the video monitoring subsystem on the modernized and newly developed traffic lights + roundabouts,
e) expansion of the dynamic passenger information subsystem by including 30 new locations (stops),
f) operational conditions information subsystem (7 VMS signs), including information on conditions in the tunnel area (2 VMS marks).
g) Information subsystem on free parking spaces (2 locations).
(h) Meteorological station subsystem.
i) expansion of the data transmission network.
j) delivery of a mobile Traffic Supervision Centre.
k) adaptation of rooms and retrofitting of the Transport Management Centre with a server room.
A detailed definition of the scope of the subject of the contract is included in Chapters III - V of the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the "ToR").
The Contracting Authority indicates that it plans to finance this contract from external funds. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the above-mentioned funds are not granted to it (legal basis – Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act").

Expansion of the Intelligent Transport System in Bielsko-Biała – STAGE III

The subject of the contract is the expansion of the Intelligent Transport System in Bielsko-Biała (referred to as "ITS") within the city limits of Bielsko-Biała.
The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the execution of:

The Contracting Authority sets the date of the site visit for 30.10.2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. A contractor wishing to participate in the inspection should report their willingness to participate
by 29.10.2024 at the latest by e-mail to the following e-mail address: przetargi@mzd.bielsko.pl. The application should include: the name of the Contractor, the details of the person representing the Contractor who will take part in the inspection and contact details (e-mail address and telephone number).
At the same time, the Contracting Authority indicates that conducting a site visit is not mandatory and failure to do so will not result in the rejection of the bid, pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL.
