The contracting authority reserves the right to split the public procurement into individual parts. The contract is divided in accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act into the following 4 parts:
1) Part 1: Risk analysis and other documentation for the security management system
2) Part 2: Supply and implementation of infrastructure to strengthen cybersecurity
3) Part 3: Acquisition and implementation of Endpoint protection solution (EDR)
4) Part 4: Cybersecurity audit
Currently, parts 1, 2, and 3 are being procured. Therefore, within this procurement procedure, participants may submit bids for parts 1, 2, and 3 of the contract, or any combination of them. Within each part of the contract, the participant must always offer complete fulfillment of the specific part of the contract, in accordance with the conditions of the tender documentation.
