The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of HW and SW to enhance the cybersecurity of the city of Louny, including related services within the framework of the implementation of the project "Enhancing the Cybersecurity of the City of Louny" (reg. no.: CZ.31.2.0/0.0/0.0/23_093/0009680) co-financed through the National Recovery Plan (NPO), call no. 41 "Cybersecurity – municipalities".

Specifically, it concerns the delivery (including installation, implementation, configuration, and training of the contracting authority's administrators according to the technical specification provided in appendices no. 6a and 6b of the tender documentation):
• HW to ensure the operation of implemented parts (2x servers including licenses, disk array including licenses, UPS).
• Backup SW/HW (backup SW, disk storage for safe backup storage, server for backup including licenses).
• Increased security of the communication network (implementation of full network segmentation for MU Louny including the replacement of active components, including the delivery of SW for controlling access to physical and wireless networks based on the IEEE 802.1X protocol, delivery of active components, implementation, and related services).
• Protection of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) or Extended Detection and Response (XDR) (a tool to ensure the protection of servers and endpoints, including the acquisition of a tool to identify persistent threats and targeted attacks, reduce response time to incidents, and provide proactive preventive protection against attacks).
• Implementation of tools for recording and evaluating the activities of the information or communication system, its users, and administrators (Log/Event Management) (software for comprehensive log management (log management) (acquisition of HW or HW appliance for running software for comprehensive log management, the solution must be able to record logs of information systems, related and supporting systems and technologies into a central system and possess tools for complete lifecycle management (acquisition, processing, visualization, searching, protection, preservation, and archiving) of logs, the acquired software must have notification tools for security and non-standard events).
• Security analysis of the Windows infrastructure with subsequent recommendations (conducting a state check of domain controllers and Active Directory domain services, analyzing technical and process measures affecting the security of the Windows infrastructure).

Detailed requirements of the contracting authority regarding the subject of performance are specified in the business conditions (draft contract for work – appendix no. 4) and Technical Specification (appendices no. 6a and 6b of the tender documentation), which form an integral part of the tender documentation. The delivery of the requested equipment does not include any other HW or SW equipment than specified in the tender documentation and its appendices, unless such HW and/or SW equipment is essential for the proper functioning of the offered performance.
The performance also includes services related to delivery, installation and configuration, setting up and consolidating rules and permissions associated with the object of delivery and its future operation in the contracting authority's technological environment, functionality verification and acceptance testing, and training of employees (IT administrators) of the contracting authority. Furthermore, the subject of the public procurement is standard warranty service and support for the supplied HW/SW solution and potentially other performances related to the above-mentioned delivery in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority specified in the tender documentation and its appendices.
