Framework agreement for multi-awardee contract relating to project management assistance missions in the field of building and infrastructure.
The services that can be entrusted under this framework agreement relate to assistance in the management of complex projects with or without project management and also assistance missions in the management of works operations without project management.
This framework agreement will be executed on the basis of subsequent contracts concluded after the 4 holders of the framework agreement have been put out to competition.
Assistance missions may focus in particular on the following areas: Electricity, High current, Low current, Structural work, Waterproofing, HVAC, Building infrastructure, various networks (plumbing, drainage), Roads and Highways, HSE Security, etc.
The total volume of services is estimated at €750,000 per year.
The planned duration of the framework agreement is 2 years with two optional renewal tranches of one year each.
