Furthermore, the offer must provide an option for a total amount equal to 50% of the contractual amount. There is a need to procure Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) with a rotorcraft capable of performing complex technical-operational tasks due to a multiple array of installable sensors, new transmission technologies, and a widespread distribution of information. The mandate aims to acquire: - 196 Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) of Micro/Mini rotorcraft class, weighing no more than 2.5 Kg, each including: • 1 aircraft with the corresponding multisensor: Electro-Optical/Infra-Red; • 1 complete ground segment (composed of 2 command and control stations (Ground Control Station - GCS) with embedded simulator, communication apparatus for the control of the aircraft and for data and image reception/transmission, interconnection and power supply equipment, Aircraft Ground Equipment (AGE); • an additional complete radio terminal (for each system) to allow integration within the tactical network of the Italian Army - equipment/devices for carrying out all activities provided in the maintenance plans of LINE (in the field) and BASE MAINTENANCE (laboratory); - tactical transport backpacks for the system and cases (type “peli case”) for operational/strategic transport; - Spare Parts (PdR) aimed at ensuring 100 flight hours per system per year for three years; - Additional sensors for acquisition: 3D photogrammetric, thermal IR with IR sensor; - User and maintenance manuals; - on-site technical assistance on call, for scheduled and corrective maintenance activities on the national territory for 18 months; - engineering assistance aimed at ensuring flight safety in accordance with current aviation regulations for 18 months; - offline technical assistance; - training courses for operator instructors, technical maintenance instructors, and for operators and maintenance technicians; - Type Certification activities of the RPAS system according to what is provided by AER(EP).P22; - verification of the System through cyber vulnerability assessment tests.
