The subject of the order is the supply of a platform for cell-free protein production with equipment and automated nucleic acid isolation on a micro scale and for in vitro screening:

Part 1: supply of General Purpose Laboratory Equipment 1:

- Universal benchtop laboratory centrifuge for molecular biology applications with interchangeable rotors, 1 piece.
- Plate shaker with temperature control, 1 piece.

- Orbital shaker incubator with cooling along with platform and interchangeable vessel holders, 1 piece,

- Portable photometer for measuring sample absorbance at a light wavelength of 600 nm, 1 piece,

Part 4: supply of Small Volume Working Equipment:

- Heat block with shaking function (thermo-shaker) for small volumes; with interchangeable blocks/headpieces. 1 piece,

Part 5: supply of Low Temperature Freezer:

Part 13: supply of Office Multifunction Device:
- Office multifunction device: printer, scanner, copier. 1 piece.

Part 14: supply of a System for Nucleic Acid Extraction and In Vitro Protein Synthesis.
- Automatic system for nucleic acid extraction and in vitro protein synthesis, 1 piece.

2. The detailed terms of execution of the order will be specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 4 to the SWZ - Assortment-Price Sheet and Annex 5 to the SWZ - template agreement.

3. The Ordering Party informs that any references to common names, trademarks, manufacturers' names, and photographs in the submitted elements of the description of the subject of the order serve solely to define visual, technical, and quality characteristics. The names of products, trademarks, patents, or origins used in the SWZ along with attachments should be considered as examples - the Ordering Party allows the use of equivalent materials or products. An equivalent product is recognized as a product that has the same functional, visual, material, and technical characteristics as a specific product indicated in the SWZ but is marked with a different trademark, patent, or origin. The quality of the equivalent product must not be lower than that described in the subject of the order, must not lower the standard in any respect, and must not change the principles and technical solutions adopted in this SWZ and its Attachments, thus not depriving the User of any performance, functionality, or usability described or resulting from the SWZ.
