The object of this contract consists of the supply, commissioning, training, and maintenance services of a set of equipment for research in medical biology for the Cytometry, SITI, and MRIC platforms of the University of Rennes.

FINANCING PROGRAM: CPER B2S – PHASE 5: The scientific equipment that is the subject of this call for tenders is financed under the CPER 2021-2027 funding scheme, which includes funding from the European Union (ERDF) under the following headings: CPER 2021-2027 project "B2S – Phase 5".

Acquisition of a multi-color spectral analyzer cytometer equipped with 5 lasers (UV - BLUE - YELLOW - RED - VIOLET).
This lot is for the acquisition of equipment, a cell analyzer cytometer, which will significantly contribute to the achievement of the scientific objectives of the projects led by the University of Rennes within the framework of the CPER B2S (in the fields of oncology, biotherapies, metabolism, and autoimmunity).

LOT-0002
Acquisition of a fluorescence imaging system for confocal microscopy and videomicroscopy.
The project aims to acquire a shared imaging system (multimodal fluorescence videomicroscopy system) that will significantly contribute to the achievement of the scientific objectives of the projects led by the University of Rennes, particularly within the framework of the CPER B2S (in the fields of oncology, biotherapies, metabolism, and autoimmunity).

LOT-0003
Acquisition of a live cell imaging system for the SITI platform.
This lot aims to acquire, deliver, install, commission, and provide training for the use of versatile and intuitive equipment that allows for imaging live cells in a controlled environment for periods ranging from a few hours to a few days from various cell culture supports.

The equipment must enable the automated capture of high-resolution images of multiple samples simultaneously in a fast, reproducible, and robust manner.

This equipment is purchased as part of phase 5 of the CPER B2S.
