The project involves providing a multi-tenant AI platform as Software-as-a-Service that offers text-based AI functionalities and supports the creation and management of AI assistants and workflows for eligible employees.

The subject of the tender is the provision, operation, and ongoing development of a central, multi-tenant AI platform as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This platform should provide text-based AI functionalities (chatbot) as well as additional functions for creating, controlling, and integrating AI-supported assistants and workflows.

The platform must particularly meet the following goals:
- Central provision of generative AI functionalities for all eligible employees of the client in a unified, web-based interface.
- Configuration and operation of reusable AI assistants ('Agents') and templates that support professional tasks (e.g., summarizing documents, creating correspondence, answering recurring professional inquiries).
- Central governance, control, and monitoring of usage (e.g., management of access rights, model selection, data sources, logging, reporting, cost, and usage overview).
