The need to ensure medical investigations for patients hospitalized in the Emergency Clinical Hospital for Children “Sf.Maria” Iași entails the procurement of medical analysis services which are the subject of this procedure. The complexity of the contract/framework agreement is low. Since the case mix of hospitalized patients is complex, and the allocation of financial resources is also somewhat variable, it is deemed appropriate to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 36 months with a maximum of three economic operators. The framework agreement for services will be concluded with each of the three economic operators declared winners (provided that there are three economic operators). According to the provisions of O.U.G. 107/2017, the number of days until clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 20 days, as per art. 160 of Law 98/2016. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 12th day before the deadline for the submission of offers, according to art. 160 of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions. The contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not addressed within the aforementioned deadline.
