Contract for design and execution of works, having as object: “Acquisition of design services (PT+DE+DTAC + verification of authorized verifier documentation + obtaining approvals + technical assistance) and execution of works related to the objective - "ESTABLISHMENT OF A PHOTOVOLTAIC PARK FOR THE PRODUCTION OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY FROM RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES OF SOLAR TYPE FOR THE ENERGY CONSUMPTION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF SIBIU" Project code: 315801, in accordance with the specifications provided in the awarding documentation.
Duration of the contract is: 12 months from the signing of the contract, of which:
- DESIGN SERVICES - 3 months from the date of signing the contract
- EXECUTION OF WORKS (delivery and installation of equipment) - 5 months from the order to start the works
- COMMISSIONING AND CONNECTION TO THE NETWORK - 2 months from the completion of the execution works
- Reception upon completion of the work and corrections - 2 months
- TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE FROM THE DESIGNER'S PARTNER during the execution of the works, including updating the technical execution project upon completion of the works “as built” - 9 months from the order to begin the works.

Number of days until clarification requests can be submitted before the deadline for submission of offers/applications: 20
The contracting authority will transmit the response to clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
