The subject of the public procurement is the acquisition of laboratory instruments for conducting laboratory analyses of aviation kerosene and motor diesel including their additives. The subject of the public procurement is divided into 2 separate parts in accordance with § 53 of the law.

26-012 H.M. – Purchase of Laboratory Instruments_1st Part.
The subject of the 1st part of the public procurement is the acquisition:
• 1 piece of new fully automatic CFPP (Cold filter plugging point) device for determining the filterability of motor diesel according to ČSN EN 116, including a built-in cryostat,
• 1 piece of new Pensky-Martens device for determining the flash point in a closed cup according to ČSN EN ISO 2719. An integral part of the subject of the public procurement is the installation and commissioning of the supplied instruments at the place of fulfillment and training of the operators of the instruments.

The subject of the 2nd part of the public procurement is the acquisition:
• 1 piece of new FT-IR spectrometer for determining the concentration of C/LIA additive in aviation fuel F-34 and determining the volumetric share of FAME according to ČSN EN 14078,
• 1 piece of new BugCount® Fuel device for determining microbial contamination in aviation fuel JET A-1 according to ASTM D7463,
• 1 piece of new apparatus for determining the height of non-sooty flame in aviation fuel JET A-1 (Smoke point Apparatus) according to ASTM D1322. An integral part of the subject of the public procurement is the installation and commissioning of the supplied instruments at the place of fulfillment and training of the operators of the instruments.
