1) The subject of the order is the delivery along with the implementation and training of the RIS/PACS/VNA system class, solutions enabling the fulfillment of the following pillars of the KPO program D1.1.2 in the context of Imaging Diagnostics, covering the following, collectively implemented tasks: a) Task No. 1. "INTEGRATION AND EXPANSION OF THE PROVIDER'S INFORMATION SYSTEMS" in the scope: Acquisition or expansion or integration of field and peripheral systems of the provider, e.g. RIS, PACS, EHR with HIS; b) Task No. 2. "ACTIONS INCREASING THE LEVEL OF HOSPITAL CYBERSECURITY" in terms of the backup system c) Task No. 3. "IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS" and connection to the central repository of medical data in the scope: integration and data exchange with the platform of intelligent services (PUI) developed by the e-Health Centre in the area of AI, supporting the decision-making process in diagnostics and treatment by the physician.

1) The subject of the order is the delivery along with the implementation and training of the RIS/PACS/VNA system class, solutions enabling the fulfillment of the following pillars of the KPO program D1.1.2 in the context of Imaging Diagnostics, covering the following, collectively implemented tasks: a) Task No. 1. "INTEGRATION AND EXPANSION OF THE PROVIDER'S INFORMATION SYSTEMS" in the scope: Acquisition or expansion or integration of field and peripheral systems of the provider, e.g. RIS, PACS, EHR with HIS; b) Task No. 2. "ACTIONS INCREASING THE LEVEL OF HOSPITAL CYBERSECURITY" in terms of the backup system c) Task No. 3. "IMPLEMENTATION OF AI SOLUTIONS" and connection to the central repository of medical data in the scope: integration and data exchange with the platform of intelligent services (PUI) developed by the e-Health Centre in the area of AI, supporting the decision-making process in diagnostics and treatment by the physician. 2) The scope of the order includes: a) purchase of RIS/PACS/VNA system, b) implementation, configuration, data migration, c) HL7 integration with external HIS Asseco AMMS/EDM ADMX systems, d) integration with the PUI platform, e) backups, updates, f) Configuration of the system in terms of connecting diagnostic devices, reporting stations, duplicators, application servers, including settings for connection to the PACS server and Modality Worklist server (does not include costs on the part of device manufacturers/services if the configuration options of devices are limited by administrative passwords), g) training. 3) Functional and technical requirements: a) compliance with current legal regulations (including interoperability with PUI - Platform of IT Services, GDPR), b) support for DICOM, HL7/FHIR standards, c) integration with HIS/RIS and data exchange platforms. 4) Additional information: a) Estimated amount of stored studies - currently ~100TB, with a 15% increase each subsequent year b) Number of imaging studies per year: about 130 thousand in 2024. c) Existing systems: HIS: amms Asseco, RIS and PACS – Allerad Pixel Technology d) Projected annual increase: 15% e) Projected temporary access to studies in the fast space (cache): 12 months f) Used electronic signature: min. zus pue g) Support for nuclear medicine h) Implementation model (hybrid) 5) Financial conditions: a) The contracting authority requires a cost estimate broken down into stages and components, b) The contracting authority requires indicating elements eligible under KPO, 6) Warranty, liability and technical support: a) The contracting authority requires a 36-month warranty and 24/7 technical support, along with author supervision, for the offered software. b) Required warranty period - no shorter than 36 months from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the contract. 7) The offer should include: a) Licensing costs, b) Implementation, data migration, testing and training costs, c) Technical support, maintenance, d) Interoperability requirements (DICOM, HL7, FHIR, IHE),
