The object of the service is: Procurement of a Radiology Information System (RIS) and a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PASC) including service for 120 months.

Radiology Information System.
The Health Association of the District of Konstanz intends to procure a central radiology information system (RIS) and a central Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) for the Singen and Konstanz sites. A service contract for 120 months is concluded. Due to the estimated value of the contract and the urgency of the procurement, the Procurement Ordinance VgV (EU-wide) - accelerated procedure was chosen. The contracting authority intends to award the contract in a negotiated procedure with competitive bidding, because the contract involves a complex solution (VgV §14 para. 3 num. 3). The tender will be divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Radiology Information System with Services - Lot 2: Picture Archiving and Communication System with Services For the Radiology Information System and Picture Archiving and Communication System, a campus license for an examination volume of 150,000 examinations per year will be requested. The RIS and PACS are to be integrated into the existing infrastructure and connected to the modalities. The tender also includes training for users and administrators.
