The subject of the order in this procurement procedure is the service of whole human genome sequencing as part of the project "Unique population whole-genome studies allowing for the prediction of cancer risk and the occurrence of complications from oncological therapy in a cohort of pediatric patients treated for acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a uniform cALL-POL protocol". 3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.3. The contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the model contract which is Annex 3 to the SWZ.
