A new cloud-based system for competition implementation and contract follow-up is being procured, requiring integration with Doffin/TED by the contract signing date.

The contracting authority shall procure a new cloud based system for competition implementation (KGV) and a contract follow-up tool (KAV). Hereafter referred to as the Service.The service must have integration with Doffin/TED at the latest when the contract is signed, tentatively 1 April 2026.The contracting authority ́s requirements for the service are stated in "Annex 1 - Assignment Description" with the accompanying Requirement Specification (Annex 1 – Annex 1), cf. document 2.01 Annex to SSA-L.
