Main characteristics:
Aéroports de la Côte d’Azur, manager of Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, wishes to hire a service provider to execute the contract for the transportation of goods in the basement of Terminal 2 of Nice Côte d’Azur Airport.
This consultation consists of a fixed-price part as well as a unit-price part, constituting a framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders (for the unit part only). In accordance with Article R.2162-2 of the public procurement code, the contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with a single operator.
The contract includes a review clause, allowing adaptations during execution. The terms of implementation are outlined in the CCAP.
According to Article R.2162-4 of the public procurement code, the framework agreement is concluded with no minimum, and is limited to a maximum amount of €100,000 excluding VAT, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, including all extensions.
