The subject of the contract is to conclude an agreement for the implementation of cybersecurity measures aimed at increasing the security of the information infrastructure and information systems of the contracting authority so that the requirements for ensuring cybersecurity according to Act No. 181/2014 Coll. on cybersecurity and on amendments to related laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), the implementing decree No. 82/2018 Coll. on security measures, cybersecurity incidents, reactive measures, requirements for submissions in the area of cybersecurity and data disposal (hereinafter referred to as the "Decree") in connection with the implementation of the Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2022/2555 of 14 December 2022 on measures to ensure a high common level of cybersecurity in the Union and amending Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 and Directive (EU) 2018/1972 and repealing Directive (EU) 2016/1148 (NIS 2) – (hereinafter referred to as "NIS2") into Czech law.
