Within this project, the aim is to purchase IT equipment intended for the digitalization of educational activities and the transformation of the infrastructure of the National University of Theatre and Cinematography "I.L. Caragiale". "Equipment intended for archiving, information exchange (library) and editing services for the digital infrastructure dedicated to UNATC I.L. Caragiale".

Suspensive clause: "The procedure for awarding the public procurement contract is initiated under the provisions of this suspensive clause, in the sense that the conclusion of the public procurement contract is conditioned on the allocation of budget credits for this purpose, with the signing of the contract being done in accordance with the provisions concerning the commitment of expenditures from the budgets falling under the public finance legislation. Considering the provisions of Law 98/2016 regarding public procurement and H.G. no. 395/2016, with subsequent amendments and completions, the Contracting Authority specifies that it will conclude the contract with the bidder(s) declared winning only to the extent that the necessary funds for the procurement will be ensured through the allocation of budget credits for this purpose. In the event that, for any reasons, the budget credits are not allocated, for a period of 6 months from the date of approval of the procedure report, the awarding procedure will be annulled by law, provided that there is no other source of funding, in accordance with the provisions of art.212 para.(1) lit.c) second thesis of Law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and completions, making it impossible to conclude the public procurement contract. Bidders in this procedure understand that the Contracting Authority cannot be held liable for any damage in the event of annulment of the awarding procedure, regardless of the nature of it and regardless of whether the Contracting Authority has been notified of the existence of such damage. Bidders in this procedure accept the special conditions above/suspensive clause, assuming full responsibility in relation to any damages they may suffer in the situation described. The maximum period for which the suspensive clause operates is 6 months, so that, in the event that the condition for signing the financing contract is not met, the awarding procedure is canceled."

Attention, the deadline for submitting requests for clarification regarding the awarding documentation is: 18 days before the deadline for submitting offers. In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 para.(1) and para.(2) of Law no. 98/2016, the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information, in a consolidated manner to all requests, 10 days before the established deadline for the submission of offers. Any request for clarification sent outside the above-mentioned deadlines will be considered late.
