The order includes the preparation and submission of all necessary project documentation (PZI, PID, DZO) and encompasses all activities necessary for successfully obtaining a building permit. The battery storage systems will be installed outdoors at various locations next to existing electricity facilities of the HSE group.
These projects represent indicative projects, and the contracting authority is not obliged to issue orders for all projects. Actual orders for projects will depend on the actual needs of the contracting authority.
A more detailed specification of the order (minimum technical requirements) can be found in the list of technical data - the technical part of the documentation regarding the public procurement (hereinafter: technical part/closed part), which interested bidders can obtain according to the rules of the documentation regarding the public procurement.
The collection of the closed part of the documentation regarding the public procurement is a precondition for submitting a bid.
The contracting authority wishes to:
- obtain bids based on which it will conclude a framework agreement for a period of forty (40) months or until the maximum estimated contract value under the framework agreement is exhausted, with the right to extend the validity period of the framework agreement if the maximum estimated value is not exhausted/achieved within forty (40) months, with no more than three (3) bidders whose bids are acceptable and according to the criterion of the most favorable;
- select a supplier for the delivery of goods for the first individual order from the most favorable finally admissible bid from the negotiation process with publication among the suppliers with whom the framework agreement has been concluded.
