The contracting authority intends to establish a non-public charging infrastructure for six electric buses at the depot of Reisebüro Schmidt GmbH in Wolfenbüttel, including a customer-owned medium-voltage transfer station, civil and underground works, as well as data technology.
The procurement project is divided into 3 lots:
Civil engineering and earthworks (Lot 1)
Medium-voltage transfer station (Lot 2)
Charging infrastructure and electrical installation (Lot 3)
It is possible to submit an offer for only one lot. It is also permissible to submit an offer for two or all three lots.
Furthermore, submitting a total offer is allowed. However, for a total offer to be permitted, offers must also be submitted for all three individual lots.
We point out that close coordination between the work on the individual lots is mandatory for proper service delivery. Particular obligations apply in this respect, see attachment_Interface_and_Cooperation.
The following execution deadlines are agreed as binding deadlines (contract deadlines) for the completion of the services from lots 1, 2, and 3:
